Tried multiple times, almost all baked goods missed balance. Last one was a cheese bun. Not salty, not sweet at all, almost like a plastic. I’m a fan of Pandebono, but this one was not good. However, Croissants are great!

Really interesting and good selection of pastries. We tried the cinnabons, and one was cherry cinnamon, the other chocolate cinnamon caramel, and they were delicious. Eat with a fork kind of pastries, with the icing on top adding the sweetness, but not overwhelming. Except you might only eat half of one at a time. Other pastries in the case included croissants, like chocolate and guava, little breads, bread pudding, and a lot of donuts that looked fine, but not ultra appealing next to the rest of the stuff. The coffee section is also great. They care about the roasts and the origins, but don't do single origin smoothies. The iced flat white and americano were great. Thing is, it's a tiny little sliver in the wall. So, bright and nice, but no room. No good outdoor seating, either.

I recently ordered a rush GF cake from butter bakery for my coworker’s birthday. Evan was extremely pleasant, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process, and I could not have been happier with the results! My coworker said the cake was exactly what she wanted, and you couldn’t even tell it was gluten free! I would happily order from Butter again and would definitely recommend :)))

It’s such a refreshing gem in the neighborhood! The pastries and latte are so delicious! Alexis and her team are amazing and friendly! They make me feel so welcomed! I truly enjoy all the pastries I have picked out, and they constantly have new things to surprise me! I would say it’s the best bakery/coffee shop in Downtown JC! ❤️

What a delightful bakery! The space is so beautiful and so well curated. The staff is super helpful and kind and the pastries are divine! Soo delicious! Loved everything especially the matcha cloud donut and sourdough bread! Can’t go wrong!
